Europe Direct Project Coordinator
Hours: 30 hours per week, Salary: £20,000 pro rata pa
Fixed term for 12 months (Possibility of continuation subject to funding and performance)
Citizens Advice Broxtowe currently provides advice services in our 2 very busy town centre offices in Eastwood and Beeston, both of which have been operating for 42 years, as well as outreach locations across the Broxtowe district.
We have successfully secured a contract to run the Europe Direct service for the East Midlands. The service provides information on general questions about the EU, its institutions and programmes. Priorities include disseminating information on Brexit developments, information on EU citizens’ rights and engage with younger people focusing on their future relations with Europe. The project will provide information to the public by telephone, email and in person. Supported by our Development Manager, you will be expected to promote the service through diverse marketing activities including email, events, web and social media. In order to achieve this
You will have:
- Experience of marketing through multiple channels.
- An advice or customers services background.
- Exceptional administrative skills.
- Be a team player.
Some travel to rural locations will be required and therefore access to and use of a car will be essential. Travel expenses are paid in line with the organisations staff travel expenses policy.
